Built with precision and high-quality materials, the Overland Series Front Bumper is an essential addition for those looking to elevate their vehicle's capabilities and aesthetics.

Robust Construction: Made from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plates, this bumper offers exceptional strength and durability, providing reliable protection for your vehicle's front end.
Improved Off-Road Performance: The bumper's design enhances tire clearance and approach angles, making it easier to navigate rough terrain and fit larger tires, which is crucial for serious off-road excursions.
D-Ring Tabs and Bull Bar Options: The bumper includes standard 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back, offering secure recovery points. The bull bar tubing is constructed from .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing, available in various configurations: 125 lbs without bull bar // 130 lbs with mid-height bull bar // 140 lbs with full-height bull bar // 145 lbs with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops
Winch Compatibility: The bumper is designed to fit most winches in the 8k-12k range, with a recommendation for winches that allow relocation of the electrical control box. Winches like the Smittybilt X20 and Warn VR series are common choices. For best performance, use synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead.
Lighting Integration: The bumper is designed to fit 30″ single row light bars, such as the Baja Designs S8, Extreme LED 30″ 5D, and RIGID 30″ SR series. For those ordering an Extreme X6S 30" Amber/White light bar from C4, mounting brackets are included. These brackets need to be purchased separately if not ordered with the bumper.
Fog Light Pockets: The bumper includes pockets designed specifically for Baja Designs Squadron lights, enhancing visibility during off-road adventures. Note that factory fog lights are not supported.
Additional Support: All 2nd gen Tacoma Hybrid front bumpers come with additional front bumper frame support brackets, providing extra reinforcement and stability. This addition is a $177.00 value included with the bumper.
Finish and Shipping: The bumper ships in bare steel and will require painting or powder coating to prevent rusting. Powder coat finish is not available from C4 Fabrication.
