Robust Construction: All tube parts are made from DOM steel with a .120 wall thickness, offering exceptional strength and dent resistance. The frame mounting plates and gussets are .188 thickness, providing a secure and durable connection to your vehicle.
Optimized Design: The main slider support legs are welded in at a 45-degree rotation, helping to prevent the sliders from getting hung up on sharp rocks. This design enhances the vehicle's ability to navigate challenging off-road conditions.
Easy Installation: Featuring a 100% bolt-on design, these rock sliders require no drilling or welding, making installation straightforward and hassle-free. All necessary mounting hardware is included, with grade 10.9 hardware ensuring a strong and reliable fit.
Practical Features: The sliders include dimple died step plates that provide traction for standing and clean out easily in mud or snow. The step plates are removable, making painting easier and allowing for various coating options. Welded-on step plates are not currently available.
Durable Fasteners: Screws are made of zinc-plated steel, featuring Torx, pan head, 10-24 self-threading screws for secure attachment.
Weight and Finish: Sliders with step plates weigh 65 lbs each, while those without step plates weigh 60 lbs each. The sliders ship in bare steel and require painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust, as C4 Fabrication does not offer powder coating services.
