Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable item

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Head light

This light is awesome, I’m a mechanic and get my head in a lot of tight places where I can’t get a light and my head at the same time. The light fits tight on your head and when you look left right up and down the light goes with you. It has a side spotlight if you don’t want to use the front LED light .It doesn’t stick out from head so it not going to get caught on anything. You can just wave your hand on the side of it and it turns off. That’s a great feature. It’s bright, light weight and charge’s with USB.

Excellent headlamp

Very very good and powerful front light, light side flashlight is good as well. The on off wave sensor is an amazing addition for anyone doing car or house repairs and need a switch of light. Great stuff.
