Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some products may ship directly from manufacturers and may have different processing times.

Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

Aspire Auto Accessories is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.


Delivered Packages / Lost or Stolen Shipments

Once a package is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to the address provided on the order, Aspire Auto Accessories considers the order fulfilled.

Aspire Auto Accessories is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:

• Check around the delivery area
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Contact the shipping carrier
• File a claim with the carrier
• File a police report if theft is suspected

We will assist with reasonable investigations, but replacement is not guaranteed for packages marked delivered.


Carrier Responsibility

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

Delivery issues occurring after shipment must be resolved with the carrier. Aspire Auto Accessories cannot control carrier delays, delivery errors, or carrier handling issues.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
• Photos of the product
• Photos of packaging
• Photos of shipping label

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may prevent replacement eligibility.


Shipping Delays

Aspire Auto Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Holidays
• Customs delays
• Incorrect addresses
• Carrier operational issues

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.


Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect our customers and business from fraud, Aspire Auto Accessories reserves the right to:

• Cancel high-risk orders
• Request identity verification
• Request address verification
• Require signature confirmation
• Hold orders for review
• Refuse suspicious transactions

Orders flagged as high fraud risk may be cancelled and refunded.


Signature Confirmation

Aspire Auto Accessories may require signature confirmation on high-value orders at our discretion.

If signature is refused or unavailable, the order may be held or returned.


Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Aspire Auto Accessories, the customer agrees to these shipping terms and accepts responsibility for shipment once delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier.
