The DuroBumps U-Bolt Flip Kit for Tacoma (2005-2023) is the ultimate upgrade for 2nd and 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma trucks, replacing the lightweight OEM U-bolts and factory leaf-spring plates with robust, high-quality components. This kit features 9/16” diameter U-bolts, 8.85” long, and a heavy-duty 3/8” steel flip-plate with bent ends, making it the toughest and highest quality U-bolt flip kit on the market.
Features
Increased Under-Axle Clearance: The U-bolt flip kit inverts the factory U-bolt assembly, dramatically increasing under-axle clearance and protecting the U-bolts from damage. This configuration reduces the risk of getting hung up on obstacles while off-roading.
Durable Construction: The kit includes 9/16” diameter steel U-bolts, which provide a strong and secure fit, perfect for withstanding the rigors of off-roading. The black powder-coated 3/8” thick steel flip-plates are much more robust than the OEM-stamped steel mounting plates.
Improved Protection: By mounting the U-bolts above the rear leaf pack, the flip plate offers additional protection against rocks and debris, ensuring the U-bolts remain secure and intact during tough off-road conditions.
