Important Operating Guidelines
Off-Road Use Only: This product is intended for off-road use only. Use on high-traction paved surfaces may cause drivetrain damage.
Proper Engagement Procedure: Only engage the locker while stationary or moving under 3 MPH with minimal wheel spin to prevent internal differential damage.
Avoid High Speed Operation: Do not operate with the locker engaged above 20 MPH as this may cause drivetrain stress or loss of vehicle control.
Disengagement Guidelines: Deactivate the locker after clearing obstacles. Avoid disengaging while the drivetrain is under load or binding, such as during turns.
Recommended Use Conditions: Use only on low traction surfaces such as dirt, rocks, sand, mud, or snow. Continuous use on high traction surfaces can cause unnecessary drivetrain wear.
Use Caution on Slippery Terrain: Always reduce speed and operate carefully when using a locked differential on icy or loose surfaces.
