- V2: Check the #1 A-Pillar T-Harness; a 4-pin color connector indicates V2.
- V1: Black connector wires signify the original version.

Easy Installation
- Route the Switch Extension: Guide the new switch extension up to the driver's side A-Pillar.
- Connect the Harness: Plug into the existing main puddle light T-harness before the puddle Y-splitter.
- Mount the Switch: Install the switch in an available Toyota switch slot (smaller rectangular hole). Flexible routing options allow placement either overhead or down to the lower console.
- Ground the Connection: Secure the black wire from the back of the puddle switch to any suitable ground point on your truck.
