Outer Body: The light engine is built of cast aluminum with a polyester black powder coat to provide protection and durability for many, many years. The heat sink was designed to manage the pcb thermal properties giving the light optimal performance by managing the heat transfer through the heat sink. Creating a heat sink is one thing, but weight management is just as important and the light has been designed with that mind without jeopardizing strength and performance. Making the TM5 one of the lightest and most durable lights on the market.
IP68 Rated: All NACHO lights are IP68 rated which means your protect from dust and water so you can smash through rivers with confidence.
J575 Vibration Rated: The offroad environment is brutal, the TM5 was designed to not only withstand high vibration but survive the most grueling trails. Washboards for miles? No problem.
