CNC-machined from aircraft-grade billet aluminum and field-tested in real off-road environments, this upgraded front KDSS link allows smoother suspension movement, improved articulation, and more consistent sway bar operation when it matters most.
Designed for KDSS-equipped vehicles only, this is a functional suspension upgrade—not just a cosmetic modification.

Installation Notes
Remove front skid plate for easier access
Support sway bar with hydraulic jack
Lower sway bar slightly (no more than 3/8")
Install billet link with zerk fitting facing forward
Pre-grease bushing and sleeve before final install
Torque Specs:
Main frame bolt: 110 ft-lbs (Loctite or safety wire recommended)
Vertical sway bar bolts: 85 ft-lbs (locking nuts included)
Tip: Mark hardware after torquing for quick visual inspection after trail use.
